Your responsibilities:

    In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the    successful growth of our Fintech customer base in Europe, with a focus on online lending platforms. In addition:
  • ensure the success of the bank by maintaining existing as well as building new long-term customer relationships.
  • acquire, negotiate and support lending platforms (banking-as-a-service) and fronting transactions.
  • take responsibility for all operational processes that ensure a successful customer relationship.
  • you work closely with other departments of Varengold Bank.

Your profile:

  •  Successfully completed degree in finance or economics.
  • At least several years of experience in sales, customer relationship - or account management, preferably from the finance/credit industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Ambitious dealmaker with independent working style and a high degree of self-drive.
  • Persuasive and creative communicator at eye level.
  • Passionate networker and highly motivated to build long-term customer relationships.
  • High customer orientation paired with hands on mentality - our solutions for the customer are tailor-made.
